Rude staff member.

Yesterday I was at Home Affairs (Mmabatho branch). I arrived at 12:55, stood in a line for 2 hours. Just after 3pm a very rude lady came out and address us. She told us that if we are still outside the building at 15:30 we should give up because the system is slow, they can only assist one person per hour. I asked her why she waited so long to inform us. She then start being rude saying that she informed people in the morning. I asked her why wasn't there a notice put up and she ignored me. She has no etiquette at all. I felt so insulted, wasted a whole day yesterday. Her name is Nthabiseng Pitso she wasn't even wearing a name badge so I can't even confirm if she was honest.
