Rude, no service, no delivery

We app**** at Durban branch of Home Affairs for a Surname rectification that was incorrectly done at birth by home affairs and a new Unabridged birth Certificate for my son Duran Orlando Hatton Hall . This was done and all forms send to Pretoria on the 20/03/2015, We have been done to the offices 6 times, I have Phoned and filled out forms and forms again and again and get no answers, the people are rude and have no idea whats going on.
