RUDE IMMIGRATION OFFICERS HARASSING PASSENGERS

My family landed in England and due to the fault of thetheir travel agency, holiday team, that didn't inform them that they require a birth certificate got harassed by south African officers, being locked in a room, passports and baggage taken away, not willing to accept anything not even SOMEONE FLYING DOWN WITH THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE IMMEDIATELY . Is this the way to treat tourists????
