Rude employees

Department of home affairs Jubilee mall employees are so rude. It's unbearable. They treat us like children, as if they are doing us a favor by assisting us. This needs to be looked into because it's part or the reason why people are reluctant to apply for smart card IDs and move away from the green ID book. I have been here 4 times and on all occasions I was assisted by different people and they are all very rude!
