Rude attitude at Home Affairs?!

Yes, any Home Affairs is a nightmare to go to , but are all of them rude to our elders? Acacia Home Affairs in Pretoria North is a place where staff members yell at you for no reason. You go there and stand in long queues for hours and hours, and when you get to the door and you think, "yes!, I.m finally going in" they stop you and say, " sorry, we're full for today, come back tomorrow." but have been standing there from 6 a.m. and they say their full and it's only 12 o'clock. When your lucky to go in, you get rude attitudes from staff members... when you have a problem and ask for assistants, they reply with, " don't make your problem, my problem." BUT that is not the worst part yet, when an elder was sitting in the queue from 5 a.m. and they send him back to the line because he was in the wrong queue, that is just cold. I mean, come on, have a little respect for your elders.

If I can give a little advise, it is better to do your ID / Passport online, and collect it at the bank branch. Quick and Better Service.
