Rude and irresponsible employees of home affairs Mokopane

I was at the home affairs today because as usual our things get ****** and ******* live freely in south Africa, as I waited on the queue for over 2.30min some people that were known to them were given priority, they even claimed "they are state workers so they must skip a queue " bear in mind I am also a state worker wearing a uniform yet I was not prioritised, one of the workers there even said " you lost your Id you will wait" oh wow, grannies were just spoken to whichever they want and they even made remarks like " ereng persal" they are soo proud and arrogant. The man who assisted me wrote a completely wrong address on my ID and when I told him the address is wrong he just said " it can't be reversed" now south Africa whose fault is it that people capture our things wrongly on the system and claim it can't be reversed? Home affairs employees need a serious customer service training and our names are being printed wrongly by them and claim nothing can me done. This is not fair. Mokopane home affairs is worse they even speak rudely to us in front of their manager and she just laughs . Disappointed
