Rude and disgusting service at department of home affairs alberto by an African female official

Today I was treated like a retard in home affairs alberton by a light skinned African lady who was issuing collection numbers. I did my booking for a passport and Smart card at Kempton park and for collection there as well. To my suprise passport was to be collected in Kempton park and id n alberton, today I went to Kempton park early in the morning for for my passport which I received. Thereafter I went straight to alberton where i queued outside close to 3 hours, when I finally went in I was told the system won't release my smart card, the woman was so rude, she asked me if this is Kempton park, what the hell is she supposed to do, it's not her fault that Kempton did what they did, I was told to leave and come back tomorrow to queue again. I took a full day off work to get this whole collection done only to be turned back and spoken to like I have no brain, I dont understand how is it that this woman still works for DHA when she is such an inhuman person, mind you she gave me the same ****py service when I did my daughters smart card application, this is so disgusting and should not be allowed to continue when the minister has done such good work only to be degraded by people like this woman, I hope and trust that action will be taken against her, if not I will take her up with my lawyers personally, I'm still so disgusted that I cat even sleep
