Rotten service

Have taken over a year to get my sons I'd card approved and now that the card is at home affairs over 6 months they making the run about to sign and receive his card...as for minki terblanch she dont answer her office or cell phone...I am at my waist end as he will be in matric next year and will need it...they rook his paperwork finally at security and when we went on date given was told the security not working there anymore and making uss run in circles again
