Roseline Manamela home affairs Horror Employee

I am now at home affairs in Polokwane Pillows and Roseline Manamela is giving us very bad attitude over a mere pen.....she is refusing to borrow us (clients) her pen to sign the documents that she is verifying in our behalf and is commanding us to go out the building to the shops to buy a pen so that we can sign the documents. That is utter disrespect to clients and its not the way clients should be treated. She's telling us that clients ***** her pen and shes tired of buying pens. Minister of Home Affairs should start training it's employees so that they can treat is with UBUNTU...... and please buy pens for your employees so that they can help us .......
