Rifilwe Phuti Customer Service Champion

I received excellent service from home affair for the 1st time in my life.

I spend about 30mins on a call,and some point i was put on hold as they were chcking. From my own experience with home affairs once they put you on hold the call wil just drop.

Rifilwe Phuti gave me an excellent service and i just want to notify her manager that she deserve a salary raise or promotion.

Please ask her to train her colleagues as well.
