Ridiculous

Your ridiculous website is (1) not as user friendly as it could be, and (2) you can't make appointments with the bank to do biometrics?? Then you show up at the bank but they say you need an appointment in order to be assisted? How would you like me to do the biometrics for my ID card or Passport?!! I was in the queue at DHA Barrack Street this morning before 8 am & by 8:30 a fight broke out making me feel incredibly unsafe so I left. Clearly SA will never be anything but a 3rd world country thanks to our *********** governmental staff.
