RICHARDS BAY HOME AFFAIRS BAD SERVICE!!!

On Tuesday, I went to Home affairs Richards bay for the collection my ID and unfortunately their systems were down of which I understood because they can't do anything if the system is offline. Then again yesterday (23 July) I went there and queued, as always the system went offline then it came back I think around 14h30 and they were supposed to knock off at 15h30. They then started working again and at 15h20 while I was infront after the next group was called they told us that they couldn't assist us we had to comeback on Monday, well I don't have a problem with them knocking off they might have been "tired" with the system being offline for hours. We then asked the security to call us the superior on duty not because we wanted her to "assist" us but only we asked for was that she gives us atleast cards or numbers so that when we comeback on Monday we shouldn't join the que, the lady was so arrogant and told us that she can't do that we need to comeback and join the que AGAIN for the third time, mind you we were there earlier but because of their systems being offline we never received any assistance. As a public servant and working for government we have these principle called "batho pele"(peoples first) what we experienced there was very very very bad service.
