Return of Passport

I went and app**** for passport at Soweto regional office and at that time I also my passport was missing and I thought it was ****** along with my purse ****** at booysen solon. I happen to find the passport and when I ask the lady from your office that can I bring it to be refunded and she told me no I won't receive the refund of R400 for penalty paid. I was surprise why not be refunded if I bring the passport back. Can someone assist in terms of being refunded because I have the old passport . <br> <br> Account ***7-IRE inv no. IRE***0 and inv.no. ***6. I've already received the sms to come collect I haven't since I'm waiting for refund issue to be sorted. <br>
