Renewal of passport

We recently travelled to the Dept of Home Affairs in Harrison Street in Johannesburg to renew a passport. This was on a Tuesday. They told us that it would be ready in 2 weeks. Very acceptable. But on the Friday OF THE SAME WEEK we got a Sms to say it was ready for collection! Excellent processing and efficient employees.
