Rejecting permit extension after submitting all requirements

I have a critical skill work visa, I have been trying to get an extension since February 2020. Home affairs south africa rejected my first extension request saying My Saqa document wasnt legible. I then did an appeal and said I did not submit work contract. But remember first rejection did not specify about work contract as they already have my work contract in the file. THESE GUYS ARE REJECTING PERMIT EXTENSION EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING ALL REQUIREMENTS!!
