REFUND PROCESS HOME AFFAIRS SUCKS

Last year in November I app**** for two passports and I accidentally double paid home affairs. This happened on the 23rd November 2018 and today is the 5th March 2019 and I have been waiting for home affairs to process my refund. To date, I've filled in their refund form three times and still no payment. I don't know what else to do as I need my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
