refund of repatriation deposit

<p>In May 2016 we received an email that the request for a refund of Rand 10 000 was approved. This approval in itself has taken one year. Since May we have tried to reach Home Affairs by phone, email to no avail. Can anybody give us a number of the finance department of Home Affairs in Pretoria? We are desparate and frustrated.</p>
