Poor service nd bad attitude from home affairs,<br> I did an application last year on da 04 April 2015 application for changing surname to my son till today no feed back no notting whn i call the call centre they keep on telling me tht da application is still under ammendment section till today no one has ever get back to me , i even submitted my documents via email thy gave me da ref no*** again last year last year November i got a call from da call centre Named Lebohang she told me tht my application is in complete due to tht there are some incomplete forms i mean like really?i went to home affairs Orlando Soweto where i dd my application i dd filled in DHA-24 and some application forms regarding our tumbs.i keep on calling today still they say my application is in head office waiting for da ammendmed section i even send emails about my ref no application no one responds or reply instead thy are layze nd unprofessional 6weeks has passed long ago. I dont j ow should i wait for my son to turn 21so tht i can get his new birth certificate?instead being helped u get a stinking stupid attidude from da Soweto Orlando Branch!Nonesense,In 3months tym its gna be a Year i dd ths applican
