Rediculous department of home affairs

So disappointed with the home affairs system in general as they don't want to provide us with I.d's smart cards since the beginning of the lockdown until now instead they keep providing us with temporary I.d's which lasts for two months. I've done my second one as we speak and I keep popping out R70. And when I got to shops like foschini they want the actual I'd smart card they don't take temporary I'd. This is so ridiculous.
