rectification of PR

hi there one thing I don't understand with Home affairs and vfs is I did receive a permanent residence visa on the 7th July 2020 but on the certificate, my name was swapped with my surname, and they don't allow me to fix because of covid 19 well we are in level 1, i need to submit it at work and at the hospital and if I wanna travailing, home affairs don't about it. my question is can be travailing with a copy of PR?
