Really BAD BAD service at Home Affairs Kempton Park.

I went to Home Affairs at Kempton Park today 12/08/2020 to get an Identity Document cause I lost mine. I got there and stood in a queue, when I got to the front, I told them what I wanted and that I had lost my Identity Document and I would like to make a new ID. To my amu*****t, I was told that ID cards were for Matric students and that their system is offline. Am I not supposed to be helped and get an Identity Document like any other South African citizen? Is my need for an ID not that important? I had to queue and be told that I can't make an ID that I'll pay for. This is not right. Why is it called Home Affairs if we won't be helped and systems are always offline?

The service I received was really really bad. It's totally unacceptable cause I must live without an ID cause they are only for Matric students and the system is offline. Bad service, I am not a happy citizen, at all.
