RASIST ORGANISATION

<p>The DHA is a rasist ******** organisation who created an online application system solely to ***** from white people. I used the online app last year august to apply for an ID and pasport renewal. when I got to the payment, I realised it will cost R940. I canceled the payment and application. I received notices from DHA that the aplication will be cancelled after 90 day. I tried online to delete the application because it only shows "payment calcelled" but their rasist sysem does not allow it. After 180 days (six month later) I found myself in a situation where I am forced to renew my passport. I went online again, only to receive a message saying "Application rejected due to an open aplication". I finish the open application, make payment, and make appointment at a bank (All was successfully accepted)</p> <p>An hour later I received an SMS "your application AND appointment has been canceled and all money paid will be lost"</p> <p>I phoned the help desk and they refuse to help me because I'm white. I went to the DHA offices, (3 days after making payment) sit in a qeue for 5 hours just to hear "there is no payment" I show the the payment emails and bank proof of payment I made for the NEW application. Sorry sir: the money was taken for the 6 month old application not the new one (because we ***** from whites) you must pay again for the new application. R1880.00 later I have an application in.</p> <p>DONT USE THE ONLINE SYSTEM. THEY ***** YOUR MONEY AN HOUR AFTER YOU PAY.</p> <p> </p>
