Randburg department of home affairs

Randburg depart of home affairs has a huge backlog of people mostly due to their slow service, lack of communication, multiple system errors and malfunctions. I have come back four times to finish a passport and ID application and all four times the system has crashed not allowing me to pay for an online application. Why can we apply online and not be able to pay online ? Why does nothing work properly.

Now that I've app**** I cannot cancel my application and apply somewhere else. This is a simple thing, why is it so difficult to do something like this ?
