****** Treatment at Port Shepstone Home Affairs- we went to register our adoption and apply for name change into our surname for our adopted daughter. We followed protocol, asked security where we need to go, waited patiently at counter, got helped by a friendly staff member to get forms. While we were filling out our forms a hostile supervisor approached me and told me we need to leave as we didn’t get a ticket. I explained we had gone through the process and queued as everyone else had and followed protocol but not told we needed a ticket and hadn’t been given a ticket. He refused to give us service as he did not approve of the cross cultural adoption. I fee this is extremely unprofessional and absaloutely unacceptable.
