Racial Preference given - **************

This morning I went to Home Affairs in Roodepoort to have an adopted baby's birth registration sorted out. When I arrived there was two queues and when asked which queue to join we were shown in a specific direction, when I arrived at the door an arrogant man asked what I was their for, when I told him he rep**** with an attitude that he cant understand where I got my info from to stand in this queue. When I eventually were told that birth registration should be done at counter 7 and 8 I went and joined the queue. after waiting almost two hours and eventually were in front of the queue after many black people in that time just walked straight to the one counter that was working, another lady then came out of the office and gave certain people preference to be helped first, when asking her why she indicated that the specific man must be helped and something that if cops are outside and this persons are stopped they will be arrested, My question is what does this have to do that he must be helped first. Does government help people with ******* things, when questing the lady she just said that this is how Home Affairs operates. This is racial ************** and unacceptable behaviour.
