Quick to Take our money but we don't get the service we pay for

My mother who is a pensioner app**** on 10 October 2017 and paid her R75-00 for a copy of her marriage certificate that is requested by Alexander Forbes in order for them to pay my mother’s Pension Fund. We have not received that certificate as yet and each time my mother who battles to walk due to knee injury goes to Alberton Home Affairs they keep telling her to come back there is no certificate ready. I have tried to call the Alberton Home Affairs along with 8 different contact number ass well as e-mailing their so called Manager Elias Mokoena, on the different numbers they list on their site and I do not get through, it either rings till it cuts off or it stays engaged. When i did get through i was told there is nothing that office could do, i need to go back and wait. So Home Affairs is quick to take the money from the pensioners but they do not provide the service that is paid for, seriously this is pathetic. I need that certificate for my mother who has paid her taxes to this stuffed up government all her life, and now wont be paid her pension fund cause she is not receiving the certificate they require. im beyond angry its more disgust than anger right now
