Quick and efficient (considering how busy)

Hi Peter,<br> <br> I was really surprised by how efficient Pinetown Home Affairs (KZN) runs (in comparison to my experiences at other offices). <br> <br> Pinetown Home Affairs office is generally always busy (organised chaos). Most of the staff and security are helpful and friendly. <br> <br> Ms Scott and Ms Pillay are very helpful by ensuring that members of the public are standing in the correct queues, and have all the necessary documentation that they is required. <br> <br> I waited 8 days for my new smart card ID book, and 3 weeks for a new passport. I am still waiting for some other documents that I have app**** for, and hope these documents are also processed quickly and efficiently (fingers crossed).<br> <br> Well done to all the staff and security at Pinetown Home Affairs Office (KZN).<br>
