Punished because of place of birth

<p>As I am over 70 I app**** for the free new ID card as advertised, on applying I was informed that because I was born a Zimbabwean it could not being given to me. Strang as I have had a South African ID for over 35 years and I am a citzen of the country. So why am I being victimised?</p> <p>Since then I have problems with my ID when trying to download bank statements, and went trying to RICA my ABSA bank account. Why the **************, could someone explain?</p> <p>It was in Grahamston Internal Affairs I was refused a new card.</p>
