PRP delayed for over 2years with no meaningful response

I am a Zimbabwean, been living in South Africa since 2008. I app**** for a Permanent Residence Status in September 2015, to date l have not received any joy. I have contacted numerous people at the department of Home Affairs via email and they promised to look into my issue, but to no avail. On 5 December 2016, Chief Ntshingila promised to assist me. He referred me to Ronney Marhule ********** who never responded. It's going to be 3years very soon and l am very dissapointed with the department. I hope by writing a review someone will take action and address my issue.
