Prospecton Amanzimtoti Id Card

Department of home affairs prospecton Amanzimtoti Bad bad bad!! I app**** for my 1st time ID December month and i went in everything was fine and they said they'll let me know when collection is ready a month later i receive an sms stating that there's outstanding documentation i went back a few times i stood in the queue for hours but always have excuses lke they can't finish my id until they have all the documents but whenever i go in they're always offline, 4 months later i receive an sms stating my id is ready for collection so i went there today i were standing in the queue for 3 hours just to hear they're offline and they don't know how long until they're gonna be online again it can take up to 10days or longer. It's so frustrating because my baby is 4 months now and they refuse me to register him without an id card and do it with my birth certificate.. I don't know what to do anymore.
