problems with ID Nr for residence permit CPT/1476

to get my RP requested in 2009 for retired people took me 4 years, received it on 27.1.14 and immediatly app**** for the ID book. not answer yet! We married on 19.1.13 and I app**** to get my wife who is studying here on my residence permit. This was rejected, as our marriage certificate was not on the computer due to missing ID Nr. We lodge an appeal against that in 12/14, no answer yet. . App**** to Home Affairs via mail to [Email Removed] on 12.1.15 and received an answer on the 13.1.15, that the verifaction of my RP will be send to their office in Parl the same day. Until today despite 4 visits to Paarl, nothing has been received. The missing ID nr/book has servere impact of me and my familly's life as:<br> 1) we are not official and so I cannot get my wife to join my on my RP<br> 2) my officially imported fire arms cannot registered with the police without ID and the are rotten in a safe (2009) 3) my wife cannot travel out to Nigeria, as her study permit expired and cannot extent due to the appeal outcome. Without that, she is ******* studying here now! 4) I cannot transfer money from my account with ABSA to Nigeria for support due to missing ID Nr 5) INo SA driverlic.
