Problem with Home Affairs

I've app**** for Insertion of father's details to birth certificate on the 04 Nov 2020 and they informed me that it will take about 8 months for new certificate to be issued because of covid now its January 2022 and I've been making follow-ups sending emails, phoning the call center number no one is bothering to answer or respond to my emails.

I'm not happy with their service they don't care.
