Positive experience at Home Affairs in Simmonds Streets

I recently visited Home Affairs at Simmonds Street, and I was incredibly impressed by how smooth the process was. The staff were professional, approachable, and willing to guide people through each step, which made the experience far less stressful than expected.

There was hardly a queue, and the service desks were well-organised. I appreciated that the team were patient and polite. The location inside the Standard Bank building also felt secure and easy to access.

My overall experience was positive, and I left with my application processed efficiently.
