Poorly service

Home affairs branches and Arcadia Nedbank home affairs in Pretoria they are one of the worst when it comes to service rendering, even there online applications it's too difficult and poor as they tell you to apply online and when we do that the online application doesn't allow us to pay with our Capitec Bank account again when you call them for assistance they don't take calls or they hang up there landlines I have app**** for an I'd application and it approved me but didn't make payment so I need assistance but can't be able to get one...yet they refuse to assist us at the branch.
