Poor work ethic

It is really appalling that a government institution would behave in such a manner as to arriving at work at 8:00 where as the sign say 7:30, people have being queuing in lines for hours with no assistance at all.i just wonder if this type of behaviour will come to an end. It is about high time that this sort of nonsense come to end. I am not impressed not even one bit. I hope this will be seen to and dealt with.
