Poor systems

The systems have been upgraded to work better. But it actually has gone worse. Everything has to be done on systems these days. Whenever it is offline the job cannot be done. I have been sitting here at Edenvale's home affairs since early in the morning for 3 hours and the systems keep on getting offline then nothing can be done. This is very very poor as we still have to get to work and have other appointments.
