Poor services in government offices

I'm sorry to say emalahleni home affairs and department of labour and SASSA OFFICES those places are disorganized. If you think of going there you become sick. People gueing long gues in the sun. No place where old and sick can sit. You need to ask some one to que for you. Always computors are not working. Every day You need to hire transport if you want to be served. So that it must take you there in 4-5am. After arriving early computors are down not working. You had to come again. While even when computers are working are very slow to load. I don't know are old. Or workers are inexperienced. Workers are not striving for service excellence.if those departments workers are given bonuses for good service they are not fair. Our government is failing us. They are no longer doing unannounced visits to check on departments to come as if they are clients in order to see how service is given. Mpumalanga unannounced visit are not done. Those government workers are not at their toes to do good. Limpopo government officials pays regular visits at department so their works never relaxed like in mpumalanga. Mpumalanga government officials are salary collectors not service providers.
