Poor Services!!!

Department of Home Affairs Ladysmith KZN .Since 06:30am standing in a queue just for temporary ID documents, its 03:05 pm and I'm still standing outside. Spoke to Mr Khubeka the manager but couldn't assist, he told me to stand in the queue and wait. They Suck!
