POOR SERVICE - ID &UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATES

My family and I app**** for Smart ID Cards, Passport renewals and Unabridged Birth Certificates at the Edenvale DHA on the 15thJune 2015. <br> <br> Within 1 week, 3 of the 4 ID Cards were ready for collection, as well as the passports - GREAT JOB, weel done.... BUT!!!!. <br> <br> I was advised that it should not take more than 6 to 8 weeks.<br> <br> As I write this complaint (1st Sept 2015), I still do not have the last ID Card, nor do I have the Birth Certificates!! 11 WEEKS!!<br> <br> I call the contact centre weekly, and receive the same response - \It is in process
