Poor service home affairs

I have been to prospecton home affairs on the second day and they still offline despite of having an system upgrade. Thy simply dnt care about the citizens. Employees are arrogant and not helpful at all. The minister of home affairs should seriously think of plan b bcos this is th limit. Implement passport application in Chatsworth as well. The prospecton offices are really filthy. And the stench from the toilets is terrible. Really disappointing. I have nva seen this kind of services especially being a govt institution. It's sad really sad
