poor service from *********** staff

Today is the second time we here this week. All we require is passports for our kids and the *********** and unsympathetic staff talk more than assist. There is no courtesy and no sharing of information. WHAT DO WE PAY TAXES FOR? Everything in this government is stuffed up and deteriorating very quickly. It's a sad state of affairs.
