Poor service from Department of Home Affairs Benoni

Benoni Home Affairs Has The Worst Service !!! They Always Offline!!! Stand And Have Conversations Whilst we wait for more than 10 hours , which is the whole day without any service provided . They really need to be reviewed as this is becoming unacceptable especially for a department!!!
