Poor service delivery at Thabazimbi Home Affairs

Will people senior officials intervene , as we have to travel as far as from Swartclip , Northam and other close regions spending around R50 to R80 rands a day to come and collect an ID and returned back after queuing the whole day and returned back while inside the premises after the doors have been closed for people not to come in as a result of them being to slow help people .Some of us excuse us from work in order to be able to attend to such serious issues.
