Poor service delivery and rude staff members

Department of home affairs Benoni, the service is very poor the actually treat people like trash, I have been waiting for my child's birth certificate since 2020 everytime I go there they are not even helpful. Today I was there since 10h00 then 6h00 they told me they don't have forms anymore I must come back on a Monday then when I wanted to say my pierce of mind on how I feel to the lady then she told me how she will never help me since I talk too much then the supervisor came, but that lady that was assisting was very rude and selfish
