POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I visited The roodepoort branch today for the collection of my child birth certificate but they could assist me after standing for so long in que 2 hours, they told me that cannot verify me because I don't have my original Id, but got my driver's license as a secondary mean of identification and my scanned ID on my email or they could have used a bio matrix system to identify me, The worst branch to visit, staff That was helping me on cubicle no7 was unprofessional they don't wear name tags as they could explain to me clear what was needed, she gave me attitude and just the counter as I was standing just like that, no sense of agency, stuff needs some proper training when dealing with customers, they are very playfull as they made me look like a joke in front of other clients, I feel under estimate and I want the stuff to be dealt with, to stop this from happining to other clients as well
