Poor service delivery

I went to the dept of home affairs at standard bank killarney mall to do my ID on the 19th March 2021, I was told it would take 3 weeks and I will receive an sms to collect, its been 6 weeks and I still haven't heard anything and I just can't get through to them. This is unacceptable, I need that ID ASAP!
