Poor service

The worst service ever..........Me and my son visit Carletonville Home Affairs on the 2 of June 2023 for his first Id, first they place us by Immigrations, because the people working there can't listen properly.......long story short, after 6 1/2 hours later( sitting outside) still not been help, hurry up and wait...... lekker man. It is disgusting how Carletonville Home Affairs treating people!!!!!!

We went to Sasolburg Home Affairs on the 6 June 2023 and it took 1/2 hour to get everything done because everything is organized, so well done and keep up the good work.
