Poor service by Home Affairs George to the people of Riversdale.

Can anyone please tell the officials of Home Affairs George that they are in their positions to deliver SERVICE to the people in Riversdale. Their job is not about them it's about the people who come to be helped. They don't even deserve the one star. The least that Home Affairs George can do when they send officials out to Riversdale is to communicate better beforehand. It's such a shame that government officials treat people so careless.
