Poor Service Boksburg Department of Home Affairs

Worst service & very inefficient service at the Boksburg Department of Home Affairs. One line for everything, regardless of what you are there for. No prioritization for pensioners. Everyone is everywhere & no clear definition of where to queue & what number you are. The numbers are just ascending & not differentiated, similar to pharmacies or the likes. Waited for over two hours just for a collection of an ID card.
