POOR SERVICE AT TZANEEN HOME AFFAIRS

Good day, dont know what to do anymore. Home affairs in Tzaneen limpopo. I had an appointment on the 27th May for collection of Id, they said there is no such ref number, but it shows there is. They whould not let us in... Go to Capitec Duiwelskloof, they said we have an appointment in Tzaneen and we should go back to Tzaneen. When i want to make a booking again on Bas online for collection of Id, it said there is already appointment... phone Tzaneen home affairs the phone just ringing all the time. Who can help sort this out. Poor poor service...
